Terms and conditions.


All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and chosen date.

The deposit is payable within two weeks of receiving your quote or invoice. If this not received your date will released.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A mileage fee also applies for all bookings.

The balance of the entire bridal party booking (including travel costs) will needed to be paid in full,  four weeks before the event. Payment can be made by BACS, card or cash.

If the payment is not received in full this may result in your booking being cancelled.

Trials are highly recommend for all events. If you choose not to have one before your wedding or event you will only have time on your day for one look to be created with no furthers changes.

Bridesmaids will need to have a look agreed and decided on before the event (if trial not undertaken).

Airbrush make-up, lashes and application is a chargeable extra.

At the time of the trial I shall require the exact number of people in the bridal party that require my services. If the number is then reduced, the initial charge still applies. Any additional application of makeup for non bookings (including lashes) is a chargeable extra.

All make-up will need to be removed and skin must be clean and clear of any product before all bookings. If this is not done it will result in delays at your appointment and or wedding day and may incur extra fee being charged or your make-up not being completed.

A stay on services is also available for touch ups and reapplication. Please contact Roberta for a personalised quote as this is a chargeable extra.
